Awesome giveaway!
I am currently in the middle of crocheting my daughter bunting for her room and I was going to make her name out of buttons so that would be awesome!
Also the elastic and cabochon would come in real handy for headbands I’m planning to make. And I think the tags would give me the push to sort through all my yarn that really need labeling! =)
With all the crafty kids I have I am sure we could come up with some really fun stuff!
Such a cute set! I’d definately use this to make some button-covered picture frames for my craft room!
I know I’d have a ton of uses for the buttons – lately I’ve been using buttons to decorate picture frames and I’d like to use the suede cord to make bracelets or use it as trim to add new life to something. I love crafting with my daughters – a great opportunity to bond and be creative and be free from distractions (iPods, phones, computers, TV).

My son is over my shoulder saying, I wana do an art project with that. Haha! I homeschool him, so I’m always looking for fun art projects. And I love planning parties, so I would incorporate some of these things like the tags and Kraft labels. Id Use the buttons and rest of the supplies for a fun art project with my son!
Thanks!
Xoxo

this kit is so cute! & diverse! it makes me wish my long school-related to-do list would disappear so i could craft something (story of my life). the faux suede excites me the most – i can see some gorgeous bracelets to add to my collection with those, maybe a few with dainty charms. the big buttons would be used for my crochet projects (ear warmers & boot cuffs). the tags and stickers would be stamped on & kept for special gifts, while the elastic would be used for DIY ruffle skirts! the little flowers would be for a rainy day project that needed some bling and those old-school library cards would stump me! maybe used in a scrapbook page or matte for a picture.. of a pretty library, perhaps? ahhh so many ideas!!
love your blog. found you through It’s The Small Things Blog!
I see some cute bracelets that could be made out of that little pack or initial button art. Really cute stuff!

I would use this pack to create with my little guy. he is very creative himself and would Love, love those buttons! thank you for hosting this giveaway. I also posted on facebook.
I can see a whole bunch of things to make. First, I’d use the buttons, elastic and suede to make an adorable little girls shirt. I’ve also seen heaps of ideas for doing monogram frames with buttons. For the library cards, I’d start by doing my love story to my husband (as seen on the dating divas). The tags would be awesome as little love notes left hanging around the house, or as tags on brown paper packages. My creative juices are flowing and I wish I had all these things right now!
I make all my own cards and would love to use the stickers, buttons, ribbons and other embellishments in my cards. I love all the bright colors! Thanks for the giveaway!

I thinks those items would work together to make a really creative piece of art or perhaps a mobile for my son’s bedroom.
First off, I would make some cute earrings. Then, I would use all of those cute buttons to put in a peace sign pattern on a throw pillow. Not sure how I would use the rest, but I am certain I can come up with something.

I would definitely make some cute gift tags…the colored tags would look great with a button glued on them, or the little rose bud flowers. I think I would use the library cards for a cute bulletin board at school – Read Across America Day is coming up (March 2nd)…I need a cute new bulletin board. Maybe an interactive one where my kids use the cards to list favorite book for the month of March (hmmmmmmmm…), now I’m thinking. The elastic bands would look sweet wrapped around a little gift box, with a button or two glued on it. Then, you could leave the gift box plain – no wrapping paper needed! I would love this little kit!!
A button bracelets and some tags for birthday gifts are the first thing that pops into my mind!
i’d love to embellish cards i make and/or decorate my SMASHbook, esp w/those super retro cute library cards…i have headbands in mine w/those pieces of elastic!

I see adorable colorful gift tags! What fun that stash would be….
The Library cards!!!!!!!!! Got my son a date stamp for Christmas and we would have oodles of fun with those cards!!
Definitely make something for the book lover in all of us. What a fun way to share your favorite read by going old school and “checking it out” to someone. I would make a pocket insert for the front inside cover and place the library cards in them. You would be able to see where and to whom the book has traveled. I would tie a piece of the suede cording to a tag in a contrasting color and stamp it with horizontal lines. It would not only be a bookmark, but a way to keep track of words to look up or favorite passages.
The elastic bands are great as wrap-arounds for your journals, especially when embellished with cute buttons and flowers.
As for the kraft paper stickers, I would make a template and run them through my printer with a cute font of my initials or a cheery saying, then use them as envelope seals.
Gussy Sews is on my iGoogle Homepage so I don’t miss anything.
P.S. Have you heard of Pick Your Plum. Same idea as The Plaid Barn. You can never have too many deals!

Bookmarks, scrapbook pages, a fun book/pillow with a card inserted to “check out” the pillow and book for a read and snuggle, I could use the elastic for some of my never ending sewing projects and the kids could likely think up a million ways to use it all as well. No shortage of possibilities!
Those colorful buttons would be perfect for some hoop art!
I would glue the buttons onto the tops of my thumb tacks:)

This is such a great little package! I think I may use the buttons to make a super colorful DIY belt that I saw on Pinterest for my daughter… and the library cards are so fun, perhaps write recipes and display them in the kitchen? The other tags & cords would be great for gift wrapping! eeek so much fun – thanks for the offer!
