thank you, thank you for all the sweet birthday wishes via email, blog, text, twitter and facebook :] there’s nothing quite like ringing in a new birthday with l-o-v-e!

as promised, here are some of the birthday goodies I received. this year, when Zack asked what I would like, I requested gifts that would be just for me. Nothing for sewing, please! I have been working extra hard all year and wanted some goodies to enjoy when I wasn’t working. besides, birthdays are a time for spoiling, right? :]

some of my favorites:
Red crock with bamboo utensils. Mango/White Peach tea. A new mug. Clinique Happy Heart perfume. White sunglasses with floral bows. Create — a little piece of inspiration to hang on the wall.

Want a behind-the-scenes shot? This is what my photo shoots look like, then I crop out the excess. Hi, orange toes.

once I woke up from my nap Monday morning, Zack took me to the mall and we shopped, saw Knight and Day, went back to the mall {yippee!} and shopped some more, had dinner at Chili’s bar & grill… then headed home and caught up on some TV shows online. shopping, dinner, snuggling — perfect!

My new sunglasses — soooooo cute:

xo.

Fun! A. & I saw Knight & Day this weekend too. I don’t like either Cruise or Diaz as actors, but thought the movie was fab. Whoda thunk? Glad you had a happy bday!

    3 things:
    -your bday looked so fun!
-i totally saw that CREATE sign (but the SEW version) and thought i’d get it for you, for your bday, but totally slacked and didn’t.
-you are totally making an emily anderson face in the sunglass picture.

    love it.
