bunny jars for easter

it’s a gloomy, chilly saturday day in our neighborhood. my bum is on the couch, i’ve got a hot cup of coffee next to me in the living room, a tissue box next to that {darn allergies}, a sleepy pup snuzzled up tight and a handsome mister sitting at my desk. we’re laying low this weekend, spending time together and thinking about tomorrow ~ Easter Sunday. what a gift we’ve been given.

i’ve loved the comments, post sharing and emails sent in regards to this weeks mini-series on living a creative life. come back monday the 9th — i’ll have even more hands-on challenges for you :]

since my focus this week was on the mini-series i wasn’t able to share with you some updates to the Gussy shop. yesterday we hired another seamstress and i’m *so incredibly excited* for the upped productivity we’ll be having come monday morning. we’re getting ready for SNAP! which is in about 12 days!!! and, if you live near salt lake city you MUST come by the handmade marketplace and shop {the market is open to the public}! i’ve got a ton of new fabrics that we’re creating new products with {for the market + for the Gussy shop} and my inspiration levels are through the roof! ♥ this is so exciting, and such a great feeling! my mind is running a thousand stitches a minute, planning our booth design + creating a to-pack list! salt lake city, i’ll see you soon!!!

^ love these two photos — waiting for zack to get home last night, bauer got a LITTLE impatient ;D

what are your plans for the weekend? tell me below! xoxo

Bauer is always way too cute! And your weekend sounds amazing. I had to work most of today, but now I’m off and hanging out online and then I’ll be crocheting the night away! I hope your Easter is super!

    xo.

That’s so exciting! Isn’t it great when you find a solution that will take loads off of your plate? I wish I liked closer to Salt Lake City so that I could go to SNAP! but Philadelphia is a little bit of a hike. Have fun for me!

We’ve got a fun family dinner tomorrow night at the mister’s grandparents house. This is the first time that both sides of the family (mine & his) will be coming together for Easter dinner. Other than that, it’s been lazy days & preping food.
