I’m here with a few photos from my trip to California for Blog Sugar ~ but first I want to thank everyone that’s been praying for me. Yesterday morning I was a brave girl ~ I made it through my flight from Minneapolis to Los Angeles without making myself sick with fear. During the flight I kept saying, God, I trust you… I felt like such a big girl.

And now that I’m here, OH MAN I’m so thankful that I’m here…

Yesterday I spent the entire day with Lindsey, Jeannett, Ruthanne, Mique and Jess. We started the day by shopping the Fashion District and ended the day with a hotel sleepover ~ and it’s been amazing to spend so much time with my pals ;]

And today has been no different. Breakfast at the Long Beach Cafe, lunch at Thai on Main, we dipped our toes in the ocean {my hair smells like the beach!}… I’m loving California. I told Zack our next vacay needs to be out here! :]

ENJOY YOUR SATURDAY EVENING! I’ll be back later ;]

Hi Maggie! I read you all the time but never comment. Totally had to comment today to say welcome to CA! I live up on the coast here, actually in the same town as Jeannett. :) I hope you have an awesome time while you’re here and I totally know what you mean about flying! I’m about to visit my bff in just a few days here (that I met through blogging almost 3 yrs ago) and will be flying from L.A. to Houston all by myself. I’m so looking forward to the adventure and will be so proud of myself for being a big girl too! :) Ha!

Thanks for your fun, creative site!! I just found you today via tt&j and really loved how honest and open you were about asking for prayer for your trip.
I have been so blessed to get to travel all over Asia and S America and on one of my flights in Korea, we had a bit of a scare. Since then, I get nervous every time…every time. However, God says that we shouldn’t be anxious, but should pray and give our requests to Him. So, that’s just what I do…I pray *every* time! Glad you had a good, safe trip!! :) Looking forward to keeping up with you on your blog~ :)
