This is so exciting — I’m here to share with you a new eBook that’s aimed at hiring a Virtual Assistant called Hire Blog Help. Many business owners have someone behind-the-scenes helping them out, and guess what? I do, too. Her name is Cambria and she helps me with email {multiple accounts}, blog projects, sponsorship ads, shipping quotes, and more. She sits in-house with me, and hiring her was seriously one of my top 5 best biz decisions to-date. {Hi, Cambria!}

Like many biz assistants, Cambria started out with just a few tasks, but that quickly turned into more and more and more. It has been so incredibly helpful to have her, and like Jeannett shares in her eBook, once you hire someone to help you with the “little” things, you’ll find yourself free to do more of the bigger projects ~ projects that grow your business and take it to the next level. YEOW!

Hire Blog Help is 84 pages and FEATURES WISDOM FROM…
Lindsey Cheney, The Pleated Poppy
Lisa Leonard, Lisa Leonard Designs
Tsh Oxenreider, Simple Mom Media
Leigh Ann Keffer & Kyla Roma, Freckled Nest
Maggie Whitley, Gussy Sews <-- that's me! Lisa Morosky, The Home Life [and Me]
Toni, TomKat Studios

and INCLUDES ADVICE ON…
*How to find your VA
*How hiring helps increase sales/helps your business tangibly
*What hiring help can do to your personal workload/sense of peace/stress level
*The top 3 most important qualities in a VA
*Overcoming your biggest fear in hiring help
*Encouraging from the above Featured biz owners on hiring help {don’t be afraid to take the plunge!}

♥ If you’re ready to hire help, even if you THINK you may be ready to hire, you need this eBook. It’s $9.99 and can be purchased here. PS. the links inside are affiliate links, which mean I’ll receive a small % of each sale.
XOXO

    Does it happen to address determining a salary for an assistant?? I have thought about it & know I need to, but have no idea how to determine that.

    FYI Jessica – The ebook contains a special link in the chapter I wrote to my discounted blog helper rates, just for “Hire Blog Help” readers. So if you’re wanting to test the waters, and not spend a lot of cashola, might be an option. :)

    Hey now we need to make a network to link up candidates for VAs and Bloggers! :) Or maybe the book talks about finding a VA! Either way I’m totally grabbing this book! xx

    I have seriously looked into being a VA. I think it would be a great gig, and I’m totally fine with being on call for a business that I believe in.
