Wowzers, what a week it’s been! I am 120% sure we sewed through over 4,900 yards of thread and over 32 yards of quilted batting to put 148 packages in the mail in time for Christmas! It’s been a crazy fun 22 days of Christmas ;]

[Can I just take a minute to say how proud I am of the work we accomplished? I’m sooooo very glad we were able to meet all of my goals.] What’s that word I like to use? Yeow!!!! It’s been a great week and now I’m so ready for our holiday break. Family time, yummy dinners, coffee, giving presents, and of course sleeping at our parent’s houses. It’s going to be amazing.

Gussy Sews is taking some time off — we’ll be closed Dec. 18 through Dec. 27. No sewing ruffles for me! ;] However, what I do have for you will be encouraging and fun. I’ve got some great blog posts scheduled — can’t wait to share those with you!

And, when we get back, I’ll be working on the new tote & laptop bag prints in these colors ~

Uhmmm, yeow.

Happy day to you! xoxo
