{MERRY CHRISTMAS to sew many of you, thank you! + a sewing secret tip}

Over the weekend I spent a few hours in the studio sewing, and I’m SEW proud of what I accomplished: 26 stockings and 23 make-up bags/wristlets/zipped pouches (sm. & med.) for a total of 49 products sewn! Yeow! I love when I am able to tackle a pile of work. When I started, Friday night, I had everything cut and ironed, then organized by which type of product. When I organize and prepare beforehand I’m able to get so much done. It’s seriously amazing. One of my best kept secrets is to organize products by stitch color, that way I don’t have to switch the bobbin or top thread as often ;]

Off to tackle another pile! ♥

A little reminder ~ Tomorrow’s the last day to book an ad here on Gussy Sews at the sale price.

    sewing *is* so much quicker when ya have everything planned out first. :) i do that 50% of the time.

    the other 50%, i sew random bits together until it tells me what it wants to be. lol… kinda like free-writing.
