I’m here with a few fun updates… hooray! :]

The first is the winner of the September sponsor feature/giveaway post. Woo hoo to Mrs. Lusher ~ she wrote:

***

The second update is this darling doll —

Sarah {a Gussy blog reader} emailed me, saying “…this doll with the pretty curls and the dress made of fabric you have used before certainly made my mind scream GUSSY!!!”

I love, love, love that she though of Gussy when she saw this doll — so fun!

***

And the third:
I’m working on a Studio tour post…

Do you have any questions for me or how I keep things organized?
Leave it in the comment section.

xo.

I would LOVE to have a tour of your creative space! I’m in the middle of creating mine, and every little thing I do just makes me feel so good, and motivates me to get to work! But I see how far I have to go in making the perfect workspace for me! In alot of your pictures, I like to look in the background to see how you organize and decorate! I have a small space that’s in the middle of our house! I don’t mind that it can’t be closed off, because I WANT it to be a place that I’m proud to show off! :) I don’t know if you’ve had experience with that, but I would love if you could talk about ways you utilize space! :) Thanks! And I LOVE reading your blog! I would love to eventually get my hands on one of your big ruffled bags!

Studio tour yay! I’ve actually been wanting to do that myself but it’s a complete mess right now & totally not picture worthy. I actually wanted to ask you how you handle shipping? Do you print labels online & have UPS/USPS pick them up, do you just take everything to the post office yourself? I’ve only shipped out one (yes only one) order overseas since I’m just starting out & all my other sales have been local so I didn’t have to worry about mailing anything out (for now) & I was just curious as to how you handle all that? Thanks!

I can’t wait to see your workspace! Mine is big, but, alas, in my basment. I love having a door to close for those long sewing days, where I leave a mess, but I long for a pretty, inviting, ORGANIZED space! I would love to see how you store your fabrics, zippers, interfacing etc.
