It’s been a bit quiet here on my blog, and for good reason: I’ve been sewing up a storm, getting new Gussy Sews products ready for an upcoming pop-up shop. If you are local to the Detroit area, or if you’re up for a Saturday morning road trip, PLEASE come to Birmingham, MI on June 3rd! The gals at Love & Buttercream bakery are hosting a pop-up shop and are featuring a variety of local artists, including Gussy Sews. I’m very excited :)

WHO: a variety of local vendors, including Thistle & Be, Gussy Sews, Ever Ours, Hazel & Dolly, Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Co, Gus & Grey, and Dirty Girl Farms
WHAT: join us for an afternoon of shopping home goods, baked goods, handmade accessories (me!), locally roasted coffee, hand-lettered pretties, and more!

I’ll be there with a fun selection of brand new Gussy products and fabrics, including our zipped pouches, market totes (a totally new design!), and a brand new line of necklaces! :) If you’re at all considering, I do hope you’ll come on June 3rd. And bring a few of your friends :) I would love to meet you and chat about all of your favorite things/plans for the summer.
It feels like forever since I’ve been a part of a local event, so this is especially fun for me.
