Family goals for 2016!

The New Year has hardly begun, yet it’s so clear there are many amazing things just around the corner for our family. We are still in Michigan visiting family and although our time here has been full, we are really enjoying the new memories we are making. As I write this, we are minutes into the year 2016, but already my parents neighborhood is celebrating with fireworks. I couldn’t agree more with the happy sounds — there are some really exciting events planed for our growing family of (many) littles, including Maxwell turning 3 years old in March, new entreprenurial opportunities for Zack & I, and the birth of our third child in April.

For months now we’ve been setting goals and happily achieving them, oftentimes at the expense of getting enough sleep. I’m nearly 6 months pregnant, and so yes, that’s been rough for me ;) Zack and I have had many late nights discussions options and plans and opportunities. We’ve been dreaming a lot about the future of our family, and so it’s with much excitement I’m able to share we’ve also achieved a lot with our family goals for 2016. Never wanting to anticipate something that hasn’t been blessed to us, I’m just so encouraged at how God is working in our family.

One of our biggest goals this year is to have significantly more space for our family, and with much gratefulness I’m honored you’re a part of this community, because I’m eager to share with you ALL OF the details in the upcoming weeks :) I hope you’ll stick around for that, because we have so so so so much to catch up on. But aside from all I’ve mentioneed here, one of the things I personally enjoy the most about a new year is the opportunity to continue refining myself as a wife, mama, and friend. The life I live is precious. It’s full of hard work and much reward, and setting goals is a really inspiring way to keep my focus on what’s most important about my time here on Earth. I’m praying you feel the same way about your life, my friend. You live a precious life, and your hard work will too reap much reward.

Happy New Year! And get ready for some really exciting family goal updates around here :)
