…our baby’s cute bird mobile!

We decided to go with a cream/orange/lite gray nursery color palette and I’m seriously loving the way it’s coming together… even though we only have a couple of things in there right now ;) And just recently we received a custom baby mobile from Baby Jives, and I’m seriously in awe of Jahje’s craftsmanship. Our mobile has been made with a real branch (!) and then wrapped in yarn. And on top of this real branch sit three cute fabric birds, stitched using the funnest of fabrics. Jahje doesn’t even know I’m writing this post on her shop. When Jahje contacted us we agreed to share the mobile with the Gussy Sews community in our upcoming blog nursery tour, in exchange for a custom bird baby mobile, but since it’s arrival I’ve been dying to share more of it with you.
