Hello Monday! Hello love drive back home to Minnesota {this is the worst part of visiting family, leaving!} — but hello Gussy shop update filled with four new camera strap slipcovers. My, my, my you are beautiful ;D
Our camera straps fit an SLR/dSLR camera and measure 26″ x 2.5″. They’re so fun, and such an easy way to add a bit of personality to your camera.
Almost a year ago Ruthanne of Eclectic Whatnot did the most gracious thing: she gave me her camera strap slipcover business. I know, so amazing!!! The camera straps you see in my shop are “Eclectic Whatnot by Gussy Sews” and I’m so honored to be carrying the torch for her :)

Favorite memory from last week:
Going to see Spiderman and watching the absolute wonder and excitement of my 12 year old brother who sat on the very edge of his seat. Mouth open and eyes bright! It wasn’t that long ago that my nearly 20 yr. old brother was the SAME way. I actually teared up realizing that these days don’t last forever.

Yay! I was waiting for a camera strap update :) This last week was gorgeous – I went camping with some girls from my book club! We camped on Madeline Island – lounged at the beach, hiked, rode bikes, shopped in Bayfield and took a boat cruise around the Apostle Islands. It was a good weekend to recharge before my wedding in a few weeks! Hope you enjoyed your stay with family!
I’ve been working but I’ve had a wonderful time with my 2 kids being home and enjoying the Summer :)
