ok — I decided that next week, once all Gussy orders have mailed, I’ll have a clean studio and then I can take pictures of it to finalize my studio // organization FAQ post. PROMISE! it’s been such a mess and that is why I’ve put off writing/publishing it.

thinking about that post topic got me thinking about my blog FAQ page… is there anything that’s not already there? if there’s something you think I should add, send me an email.

pretty please ♥ don’t be shy. it’s definitely been a while since I added that page {has it ever been updated? [I have no clue.]}

PS. let’s have a Q&A post — in addition to my FAQ page — leave a comment with your question and i’ll answer them in an upcoming post. fun!! :]

PPS. yesterday we sewed 16+ stockings, cut materials for 20+ laptop/tote bags, and went through over 16 yards of batting. plus, this week we’ve used 850+ yards of thread. crazy-ness!

    So, I’m an amateur sewer right now who has been teaching myself and things have been going swimmingly with simple projects like curtain panels and throw pillow covers. I recently decided I wanted to take on a project of sewing some travel coffee mug cozies as holiday gifts and have hit a MAJOR snag. The cozies are contoured and I’m having trouble keeping a straight stitch. My cozies are turning out a little wonky… even if I stray a little bit.

    Any good advice about how to sew straight along a contoured edge? It may just be me and my need to practice a little more, and I feel like a complete IDIOT that I’m struggling with it so much! Did I get in over my head, or do is there something I can do to get better?

    If you were a stuffed animal – let’s say….. a dinosaur, what kind of fabric would you be made of?

    I’d love to know where you finally saw the difference between steady sales and explosive popularity. Was there something in particular that made the difference? Your blog? Ads/sponsorships? Etc…

    Rizal menghela nafas. Mak baru? Bila pulak aku nak carikan mak baru untuk anak aku? Selama ni tak pernah terniat aku nak cari perempuan lain. Aku tak ada hati nak buat hubungan sulit sebab tak suka cari masalah. Lagipun aku tak suka tengok bini aku ambil kelas karate semata-mata untuk karate aku.
