Today’s a special day ~ Today through Thursday you have the opportunity to enter to win $50 Gussy shop credit. And guess what?! There will be TWO winners! Yeow!

Here’s what I’m thinking:

It’s important to take time for yourself, to remember the blessings you have in your life, to take a step back and remind yourself that we are all connected and loved and we’re taken care of ♥ — and so this month I want to bless two women with $50 credit to my shop.

Two years ago I started sewing — can you believe that? Time has flown by! And throughout these last 2 years I’ve been so incredibly blessed to have bloggers in my life, like Nester ;] , who have helped me share my passion and grow my biz.

Also, 6 months ago yesterday I quit my day job to sew full time ;D

    i mean, really how can i pick ONE ruffle?! i love them all! if you force me though, i’m going to go with a headband. more specifically the red plaid one. makes me want to bundle up and go for a picnic :)

    Seriously…those headbands! Ever since I cut 18 inches of hair off a few months ago I have been making all sorts of fun things to go in my hair. A ruffley headband (or two…or three…) would complete the collection!!

    Love your stuff! Love the damask laptop case and those stockings? Adorable.
    Question: have you ever thought about doing the little zippered bags with a longer (longer than wristlet) strap so they could be worn as a little cross-body bag? I love something just big enough for my phone and a few essentials, but I like being able to wear it and go hands-free! Just a thought!

    I had planned on getting the ladies in my family each a zipped pouch, because i wanted one myself, it just felt less selfish if i ‘gifted’ vicariously!! but o my goodness, think of the damage i could do with 50 free dollars to spend at GUSSYYYYYYYYYYY!!! WOOO HOOOO. i personally love the black and white houndstooth zipped pouches….(especially the pink ruffle) but i also have a “tote-less” laptop that I BELIEVE needs some attention, and ruffles!!!
