Hi! Those booths are beautiful! Absolutely beautiful!
My beauty from the weekend ~ our old vaccuum cleaner bit the dust {ha – I crack myself up} and Brian bought me a new one AND I came home to find the entire house vaccuumed! It was BEAUTIFUL!
LOL — totally made me laugh! :] You’re so cute.
I finally hung up the notes I’ve received since starting my business. Yours is up there with the rest — so glad to “know” you Kate :]
Missing you so much!! As glad as I was to see my kids and Josh, I miss my BBF’s. It’s hard to come back to reality. Thanks so much for (as Emmy put it so well) letting us hang out with the “cool kids.” It’s so nice to know that you are just as fabulous in real life as you are online. xoxo, Mique
P.s. Thank Zack for letting us steal his wife and then being so hospitable and generous on Sat. You two are SO cute!

Hey you – wow, I feel sort of fabulous being in a picture on your blog! You made our trip to Minneapolis so wonderful with your warmth, hospitality and GREAT advice. Sitting on your couch, in your living room, listening you talk about your business I kept thinking about how many amazing things lie ahead for you. You are one talented and BEAUTIFUL lady. Thanks again and I hope it’s not too long before we can all see each other again!
I’ll take one of everything pictured!!! I already told my girlfriends that next year we need to make it up there!
I love those owls!! So cute and whimsy. Perfect for fall or anytime really. Yay for great friends and handmade goodies!

Hi I just stumbled upon your site and remembered hearing Loralee mention the name “Gussy” during the blogging session at the CCE. That’s you, obviously! Welcome to Minneapolis. I wrote about my day at the conference at the link below. I know a new town can feel pretty lonely, so if you need another creative spirit to meet for coffee, give me a shout. Continued success to you!

Losing babies or merhots is one thing I have thought about when wanting to go into the obstetrics field. I actually had a not so great experience with my daughter’s delivery and was told the baby in the room next to me had died. I have always wondered what would make a nurse tell me that while in labor, but it does remind me of some of the obstacles I could face. I think that is something we all have to face no matter what specialty we choose.
