cute things are the best, right? :]

and i love sharing cute things that are affordable and easy to find. {yay for birthdays and an extra reason to celebrate!}

however, after browsing online for paul frank lip gloss, for part 2, i have now substantially added to my favorites list. whoops!

this is my last post in my mini-series of “my favorite things”. here are parts 1 and 2. thanks again for helping me to celebrate my birthday. Gussy will be the big 2-5 in just a few fun days. i’m going to pretend the fireworks aren’t only for the 4th of July, but also for me :]

favorite item #6:

Real Simple magazine. it’s simply my favorite :] i’m in love with their layout style, the simplicity of the articles, the white space, the color, the unique finds, the large-ness of the pages… love, love, love it. i have such a hard time recycling them, too {because i want to keep them all!}. Real Simple is such a timeless publication :]

favorite item #7:

i love coffee! especially coffee dates {whether at home or out}. Starbucks and Caribou are my two favorite places to get my sip on. they both offer a caramel apple spice drink {served hot and super amazing year-round}. i wonder if i’ll ever be able to drink coffee black. what do you think?

eww, it sounds gross already.

favorite item #8:

mmmm, sour patch kids. the perfect snack at the movie theatre. or any time, really {let’s just be honest…} i recently saw that Target sells a gallon-sized bag of this snack. i think whoever came up with that idea had eyes bigger than their stomach :]

see you Monday for a final collaboration of parts 1, 2, and 3 of my favorite things :]

    I am getting into Real Simple, and I love it. Just got a subscription. And there are few greater gifts than a coffee shop gift card! I hope you had a wonderful b-day yesterday!
