{shop update #1: headbands}

Hi, friends! Welcome to shop update #1!

All week I’ll be introducing new Gussy products :] It’s like a big, ruffly party. Today I’m introducing new headbands. Making these babes is a fun break in my workday.

Each headband ruffle is made by yours truly. I sew a little strip of fabric onto a piece of felt, then I use embroidery floss to hand stitch each ruffle to the headband. A dab of hot glue to seal the knot, then a small patch of matching fabric is glued over top the felted area to cover the stitching.

Take a look for yourself?
