{The Creative Connection Event}

Last night I had the true delight of meeting Jo Packhan and Nancy Soriano, who run Where Women Create, along with about 8 others helping to coordinate The Creative Connection. We met for dinner at Masa here in Minneapolis {where the conference will be held}.

Having my own business has allowed me to meet some amazing people, which allows me to write this next sentence: This job is the best job I’ve ever had! :]

So let’s talk more about The Creative Connection. It’s a 3-day workshop {attend in it’s entirety or by the day} this September that “will bring together women who are passionate about being creative in their lives as artists, business owners, bloggers, and more! Come learn, network, market, and create!”

Things I’m super excited for: there will be tons of classes, a panel on How to Launch a Business, a Handmade Market {aka: shopping!!!}, and a Cupcake Farewell on Saturday.

If you heart handmade items and blogging, you must attend this event.

Click here to see the Teachers or to know more about the Panels. Did you know there will be a book signing by Amy Butler and MaryJane Butters? YEOW!

*Also! Heather Bailey is a panelist! {swoon}

Register now? Thankssomuch.

So I have just one question: Is it September yet?!

To learn more, follow TCC Event on Twitter or Facebook.

Do you think you’ll go?
I’d LOVE for you to come, and of course to meet you!

    Sounds SO fun! I’d love to attend, but don’t think I’ll be able to. Already have too many plane tickets to purchase this year! ;)

    Gussy:
    Thank you so much for the nice post. It is wonderful to have you be part of our team – it is why it is going to be such a great event!
    There are some things that we simply cannot afford to miss and I believe TCC is one of those. It will pay for itself a thousand times over with the new knowledge that is gained by learning how to run your creative businesses more profitably.
    See you soon!
    Much love
    Jo
