Well, Zack and I are back home. I counted and this trip brings me to my ninth flight of the year. Ummm, remember how it’s only February?! Yeah. Whoa. And, while I don’t even want to have this conversation {it’s kind of embarrassing}, I want to share that I absolutely do not like to fly :(
It makes my heart race, faster than Zack makes it race. Hah! And I get sweaty hands. And my mouth gets so dry. And I constantly find myself holding the hand of my neighbor. Sorry, neighbor…
I think it’s the control-freak in me that makes me not like to fly. But who knows…
I’ve made it through all nine flights this year {so far, I’m sure there will be more!} and I am giving myself 200 gold stars. Hah! :)
Anyways, we are back in Minneapolis and Zack is taking me on a belated Valentine’s Date. We were gone over Valentine’s Day for my grandma’s funeral, which I posted about briefly below. My grandma is now with her sweetie in Heaven. That makes me so happy. The entire weekend spent with family smelled of flowers… Always… which is so perfect because she loved to garden.
I’ve got a lot to catch up on, including sleep, breathing non-pressurized air, sewing, dates with hubby {his birthday is tomorrow — yeow!!!!}, and reading email.
