I did the unthinkable {for me} but the necessary-able {I know that isn’t a word! haha}.

Yet, I am so proud of myself.

I ordered Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred — where you can lose up to 20 lbs. in 30 days. Perrrrfect… just in time for summer AND our first anniversary :)

I love when I can double up on reasons why I should work out. Although JUST WORKING OUT might be good enough for you, trust me when I say it isn’t a good enough motivator for me. Trust. Me.

Have you tried the 30 Day Shred?
What are your thoughts?

Big Mama said she was doing it.

Staci said she was doing it.

So Gussy wants to do it.

Besides, the workouts are 20-ish minutes and that is something I can do right before I take a shower and crash for the night. My mornings are waaaaay too busy to get up at PRIOR to 7. I already rise with the birds, help Zack get ready for work, get myself ready for work, sew, sew, iron, sew, sew, make dinner, house chores, etc. If I make myself work out in the morning I know I’m going to be a crabby Gus.

And no one wants that.

So I’ll work out in the evening. It will help me to not eat a big dinner because I’ll be immediately regretting it once the workout starts.

I’M GETTING EXCITED. It’s not that I like or want to follow what everyone else is doing… More like I NEED to follow what these women are doing.

NEED: n.
1: necessary duty : obligation
2 a
: a lack of something requisite, desirable, or useful b: a physiological or psychological requirement for the well-being of an organism

Yup, need.

Don’t worry. I’ll be sure to blog about my first experience with the workout.
Don’t worry. I’ll be sure to pray myself through the first 30 days.
Don’t worry. We can do it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t worry. Gus has this under control.

{Even though I’m jumping into a really deep pool of water…}
